When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number and/or email address plus payment information.

Non-Purchases –
There may be instances when you are not making a purchase at Whimsical Woods and you give us your name, address, phone number and/or email address, and where applicable, payment information, or when somebody else gives us your name, address, phone number and/or email address, and where applicable, payment information. Some situations when this may occur are when you exchange merchandise, or receive a gift.

Personal Information –
Whimsical Woods collects and uses your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that Whimsical Woods may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from us.

Whimsical Woods does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality. During the checkout process, all address and payment information is taken securely and encrypted using SSL technology. All of your information will be kept private (privacy policy). If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, look for a key or lock in the bottom right corner of your browser that will indicate that your connection is secure.

Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your financial information is safe. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly difficult to decipher code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we employ an outside company to “audit” our security and make sure it is trustworthy.

As an E-commerce website, Whimsical Woods collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by Whimsical Woods is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online purchases. Whimsical Woods does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software.

At Whimsical Woods, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of purchase date and we will be happy to replace it. (Sorry, no refunds) You must notify us via email (val@old.whimsicalwoods.net) or call us at 360-452-7308 within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping.

Refund Policy: Whimsical Woods does not issue refunds. However, we will gladly replace any item you are not satisfied with. Please see the “Return Policy” above.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an order, we must receive your request in writing (via email to val@old.whimsicalwoods.net) or via phone (360-452-7308) no later than five (5) working days after receipt of the order, or one day prior to expected ship date (given to customer in confirming email). We will be happy to refund the purchase price.

Delivery/Shipping Policy: Shipments are limited to and within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Sorry, we cannot ship to Canada, or otherwise outside of the U.S.
